About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and recommend innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of both business and technology, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Create detailed documentation, including system specifications, workflows, and user stories. Ensure proposed solutions align with IT architecture and security standards.
- Initiate projects by collaborating with the business and the Business Solution Manager to gather and document requirements in the IT PPM tool. Develop high-level resource and cost estimates, along with an initial project plan, for project managers to refine and execute.
- Act as a liaison between business leaders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
Requirements
Three or more years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
