Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a lead Business Analyst for a 4-month contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role is local to Phoenix only; no remote or out-of-state applicants will be considered.

About the Role

Serves as a lead Business Analyst responsible for driving project success, coordinating analyst teams, and translating complex user requirements into actionable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to process owners, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinates and oversees the work of multiple Business Analysts on large, complex projects.
• Facilitates conflict resolution, maintains strict confidentiality, actively listens, and manages project dynamics with emotional intelligence and openness to new ideas.
• Operates effectively within established organizational guidelines and methodology parameters to gather, clarify, and disseminate critical information.
• Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, consolidates details, and extracts core functional requirements using advanced analytical skills.
• Translates user requirements into business, functional, and test scenarios for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Authors and maintains comprehensive technical and project documentation.

Pay

$45 - $50 per hour.

Schedule

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
