Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveysTranslate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirementsFacilitate requirement validation sessions and obtain sign-off from stakeholdersAnalyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvementSupport the development and testing phases by clarifying requirements and addressing any ambiguitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and training materialsConduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systemsAssist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT)Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and best practices within the organization Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environmentProven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation using various techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN)Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and WaterfallExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency in using business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similarExperience with data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data setsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with database concepts and SQL is a plus Additional Information This is a full-time position offering competitive salary and benefits.
