Job Title: Business Analyst Position Type Full-time Location: Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington, D.C. area Days Remote 1-2 days remote Position Summary The Business Analyst supports requirements and analysis for delivery teams by eliciting and documenting requirements, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and partnering with Product Owners and engineers to deliver features that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Support backlog refinement and sprint planning. Model business processes and data flows. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered features. Leverage AI-assisted tools for documentation and analysis. Maintain requirements traceability. Minimum Experience 3+ years of business analysis experience on IT projects. Experience with Agile delivery and user stories. Strong requirements documentation and communication experience. Mandatory Skills Business analysis for IT projects. Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. User stories and acceptance criteria. Agile delivery. Non-technical Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and self-start.
