About the Role

- Define integration requirements between Filevine and surrounding enterprise systems
- Create process maps and use cases that the implementation team can build from
- Map and document the data exchanged and transformed between the legacy system and Filevine
- Document data transformation logic and data cleansing business rules
- Partner closely with business leads, subject matter experts, and domain experts to research and resolve open questions
- Communicate progress, decisions, and blockers to the project team and stakeholders on a regular cadence
- Identify, raise, and drive resolution on project risks and issues
Requirements
- Five or more years of business analysis experience on large enterprise integration projects, acting as the link between end users and implementation teams
- Demonstrated experience defining business and integration requirements for software projects, including process maps and use cases
- Ability to map and articulate how data is exchanged and transformed between systems, and to document transformation and data cleansing rules
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to research independently and pull answers out of subject matter experts
- Strong communication skills, including frequent updates to the project team and stakeholders
- Comfort surfacing risks and issues early rather than late
- Authorization to work in the US (we do not sponsor work visas)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Filevine implementations
- Knowledge of the workers' compensation domain
- Experience supporting legacy system replacement or modernization initiatives
- Experience with enterprise integrations and data transformations
