About the role

Location: Stamford, CT / Remote
Duration: 8+ months

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day level 3 & 4 support for EIT applications related to pallet tag printing, machine performance KPIs, Production Declaration, and Confirmation activities.
• Works with Manufacturing Excellence/TPM and Asset Reliability teams to prioritize and align with the Manufacturing Transformation and AI improvement journey.
• Utilizes EIT, PLC, and SAP data to identify opportunities to drive performance improvements and automation.
• Translates business needs into clear functional specifications for solution development using the manufacturing framework and AI/OEE strategic objectives.
• Ensures the internal or external development team delivers the correct solution as per functional specification.
• Produces and executes test scripts to ensure development is fit for Production using BTB standard approach.
• Coordinates the release of changes and agrees on delivery dates to production.
• Manages risk mitigation and support for installation of software, patches, and EIT upgrades.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Manufacturing and Maintenance Process Improvements.
• 5+ years with EIT or other performance management tools, or equivalent systems.
• Experience with server access and ability to troubleshoot failures.
• Understands functional areas and integration points across Product Supply.
• Strength in data analysis, troubleshooting, and a curious mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations with storytelling ability.
• Team- and goal-oriented, agile, and inquisitive, with a proven track record in collaborating and driving results.
• Ability to self-manage with strong time management skills.
