About the Role
The Business Analyst role operates within Marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. Its distinct contribution is business-focused analysis applied to data and reporting reliability.
The role ensures decisions reflect the marketing operating environment, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate. Execution focuses on documenting business analysis with dashboard reporting, maintaining visible checkpoints that include source, owner, status, and next action.
Responsibilities
- Document business-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring visible checkpoints (source, owner, status, next action) within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Maintain logistics role documentation with status tracking for business-focused analysis, adhering to the same checkpoint standards.
- Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and ownership of unresolved items.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain clarity and accountability in business-focused analysis.
- Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
- Apply a decision pattern quality standard where data and reporting reliability remain usable under the demands of the marketing environment, ensuring completed work is traceable and unresolved items have clear owners.
Requirements

- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a business-focused analysis workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning within the marketing context.
- Exercise judgment around follow-up, especially when analysis depends on outside confirmation rather than assumption.
