This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on business professional who understands manufacturing and can connect the big picture to day-to-day execution. The Business Analyst will help shape business strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, improve profitability, optimize resources, strengthen customer and vendor relationships, and ensure the organization is positioned for long-term success.

Location: Post Falls, Idaho or Hebron, Nebraska.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy: Help develop and execute MetalQuest’s long-term operational and business strategy, with a focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tied to measurable KPIs; partner with the VP of Finance to evaluate customers, contracts, partnerships, and strategic opportunities, balancing revenue
