Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, curious graduate with a strong academic background in numbers and a passion for problem-solving to join our US Cards team in Arlington, VA. This role is perfect for someone eager to take on real responsibilities early and build a diverse analytical skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns end to end — from targeting and creative through to post-campaign analysis
• Build and maintain monitoring and reporting infrastructure across key areas of the business
• Diagnose changes in performance metrics and present root-cause findings
• Develop and prove out business hypotheses with data
• Analyze customer acquisition channel performance and economics
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform our strategy

Essential

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record
• Curious and investigative mindset
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with data

Desirable

• Experience coding in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
