About the role
Analyze and assess current business processes, workflows, and operational performance within investment management operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in the Operations department.
- Develop process maps, workflows, technical requirements, and business documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and create dashboards to support management decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, IT, software architects, and product owners.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and progress.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation of process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM.
- Utilize reporting and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, PowerAutomate, Co‑Pilot Studio) for business insights.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.
- Leverage experience in investment management operational systems and data analysis tools (SQL, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience in investment management operational systems.
- Data analysis tools (SQL, etc.).
- Process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM.
- Reporting and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, PowerAutomate, Co‑Pilot Studio).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification (preferred).
- Project management experience (preferred).
