About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead performance analytics, develop and maintain KPI dashboards, validate data integrity, and provide actionable insights to support operational performance.
- Prepare and deliver recurring customer, executive, and operational reporting, including weekly business reviews, scorecards, financial analysis, and executive summaries.
- Partner with D&L leadership, Operations, Finance, IT, Quality, Transportation, Engineering, and Customer teams to identify business needs, support strategic initiatives, and drive data-driven decision making.
- Analyze operational trends, identify risks and performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
- Develop, standardize, and govern KPI definitions, reporting processes, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency across all locations.
- Support network planning, labor forecasting, financial visibility, project launches, customer implementations, and special projects while collaborating across multiple countries and time zones.
- Perform additional analytical, operational, and strategic assignments as required to support the growth and evolving needs of the customer.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
- Experience developing KPI dashboards, executive reporting, performance analytics, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to support cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL, ERP/WMS systems, and data visualization tools.
- Experience presenting analytical insights and recommendations to leadership teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: Professional certifications in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields are preferred.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
The target base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000.
