As a Package Consultant 2 in the Infosys Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit, you will be at the forefront of transforming businesses through innovative consulting services. Our team leverages robust methodologies and tools to ensure faster implementations, smoother rollouts, dependable production support, and top-quality product development. We specialize in integrating business applications using leading technologies such as TIBCO, Vitria, webMethods, IBM WBI, and SAP NetWeaver.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP packages based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define process flows and business rules.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Lead requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and backlog grooming.
• Support application design sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, with sector focus.
• Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
