Requirements
- 5+ years' experience performing business and systems analysis for enterprise software or data platforms
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and troubleshooting relational datasets
- Demonstrated ability to debug and analyze end-to-end business processes across multiple systems
- Proven experience translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Proficiency using GitHub Issues (or similar tools) for backlog tracking, defects, and change management
- Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs
- Experience analyzing logs, reports, and system outputs to identify root causes and gaps
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of JSON structures for inspecting APIs, payloads, and message-based integrations
- Strong written documentation skills for requirements, workflows, and integration specifications
