Business Analyst

About the role

An innovative organisation in the healthcare and well-being sector is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to analyze, design, and optimize business systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall performance.
• Document business and technical requirements, including process flows and system specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and implement technology solutions and provide ongoing support during rollouts.
• Facilitate Agile frameworks, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and tracking key metrics like velocity and burn-down rates.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement translation and data security compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business systems or business analyst related position.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, as well as business modeling methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
