Business Analyst
The Opportunity
As an ATLAS Business Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to deliver data and technology transformation projects for some of the world's leading Private Equity and Private Markets firms. You'll analyse business requirements, design practical solutions, and help clients optimise their operations through better use of data and technology. What You'll Do
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Work with clients to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, process maps and functional specifications.
- Support the successful delivery of multiple client projects.
- Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to implement data and technology solutions.
- Manage project documentation, risks, actions and testing activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Support and mentor junior analysts while contributing to knowledge sharing across the team.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data and building strong relationships with clients. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in Business Analysis or a similar role within Financial Services (experience in Private Markets is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience documenting business processes and requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other data visualisation tools is desirable.
- A curious mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
