Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business processes and identification of areas for improvement.
• Data collection and formalization of business requirements.
• Support in defining functional and operational solutions.
• Creation of functional documentation and analysis reports.
• Collaboration with IT, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Monitoring of process performance and definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Support to decision-making processes through data analysis and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with business processes and requirement modeling.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., is an advantage.
• Bilingual in Italian and English.
• Effective communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
