Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows using structured elicitation techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance) to prioritize backlog items and define MVP scope.
• Map and optimize end-to-end business processes using BPMN or UML diagrams, identifying automation and efficiency gaps.
• Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to enable data-informed decision-making.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Document technical specifications, system interfaces, and user acceptance test cases for QA and dev teams.
