Business Analyst

About the role

This role will be focused on helping define and document processes for M&A and real estate work. The position involves hands-on engagement with suppliers to deliver real estate work on time, with a significant focus on coordinating vendors and tasks associated with office builds and decommissions. A large part of the role will be documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and IT due diligence on partner organizations, including financial analysis, process mapping, and technology assessments
• Work with partner organizations to collect data
• Build and maintain Integration Management Office (IMO) frameworks, playbooks, and project trackers
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with customer and target company stakeholders
• Map current-state and future-state business processes across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales)
• Analyze data and prepare/present executive-level status reports, risk registers, and decision memos
• Identify and escalate integration risks and issues in a timely manner
• Define processes and create workflows as required

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Experience in M&A projects or real estate projects preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present to C-suite audiences
