Business Analyst

Someone with experience in M&A projects or real estate projects would be preferred. This role will be focused on helping define and document processes for M&A and real estate work. They would also be hands-on with engaging suppliers to deliver real estate work on time. A large part of this role will be coordinating vendors and tasks associated with office builds and decommissions. A big part of the role will be documenting processes 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis Conduct business and IT due diligence on partner organizations, including financial analysis, process mapping, and technology assessments Should be able to work with partner organizations and collect the data. Build and maintain Integration Management Office (IMO) frameworks, playbooks, and project trackers Facilitate workshops and working sessions with Customer and target company stakeholders Map current-state and future-state business processes across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales) Analyze the data and prepare / present executive-level status reports, risk registers, and decision memos Identify and escalate integration risks and issues in a timely manner Should be able to define the processes and create the Workflows as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to present to C-suite audiences
