Business Analyst
Business Systems Analyst focused on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.
About the role
The candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. The BSA will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders through interviewing stakeholders and analyzing current business processes and systems. The BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project and ensure deliverables are met according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis, designing solutions, and writing up technical requirements
- Testing and implementing technology solutions
- Conducting research and creating procedures to improve existing systems
- Providing training and support to users
- Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables
Requirements
- Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
- Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
- Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identification of issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and development and implementation of effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on Infrastructure projects
