Business Analyst

Description Remote Our client seeks a Business Analyst with strong product and delivery skills to support backlog development and stakeholder alignment. The role partners closely with a Systems Analyst and a Product Owner to facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams and to advance sprint planning, refinement, and delivery. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Conduct journey mapping and story mapping sessions.Develop and maintain product backlogs and user stories.Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.Support sprint planning, refinement, and delivery activities. Experience Requirements 6–10 years of Business Analyst experience.Proficiency in journey mapping, story mapping, and backlog management.Ability to understand and follow technical discussions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Experience in wealth management or managed accounts.Preferred: Agile or Scrum experience in enterprise environments. Education Requirements
