Business Analyst

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document user stories.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns and make recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
