Business Analyst

Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between. Responsibilities Work with core teams and stakeholders to understand process and system changes to identify communication and other mitigationsIncorporate multiple points of information into a consolidated process viewCreate insightful content that fulfills company standards and reader goals in a clear, procedural mannerManage the communications plan as you develop materials and other assets, reporting on executionSupport broad project team communication needs reviewing materials, producing decks, and generating ad hoc communicationsUtilize a variety of media formats, including prose, charts, images and graphics, and modelsAnalyze current content inventory, make improvements, identify gaps, and contribute to a strong content library for users and core teams Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science, English, or a related degreeExperience in writing technical software documentation and other communication typesExperience with project managementExperience working with organizational or business stakeholdersExperience working with MS-Office and other technology toolsExcellent written and verbal skills The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
