Key Responsibilities

• Research property tax information across multiple states using online tools and databases
• Contact government agencies via phone to gather and verify required data
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems
• Analyze and organize collected data for reporting purposes
• Ensure timely completion of assigned research tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Comfortable making outbound calls to agencies
• Good internet research and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, web-based tools)
