Role Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering meetings to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications for delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- Lead business process analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and organizational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic recommendations that align technology solutions with business outcomes.
- Support Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story prioritization, and sprint reviews.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development, defect tracking, and stakeholder signoff.
- Analyze data, metrics, and business processes to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), process maps, gap analyses, decision logs, and training materials.
- Support organizational change management activities, including end-user training, communications, and adoption planning.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, estimations, and proposal development as needed.
Experience/Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar client-facing consulting role.
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and user story development.
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to executive and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to document complex business processes and translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Must have full-time permanent US work authorization.
Additional Preferred Experience/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services organizations.
- Experience supporting Salesforce, CRM, Data, AI, or Cloud transformation initiatives.
- Salesforce Administrator certification, Business Analyst certification, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar credentials preferred.
- Experience within one or more industries including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology Media and Telecom, Consumer Business Services, Nonprofit, or Higher Education.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, digital transformation programs, or system modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of change management principles and organizational transformation strategies.
