Business Analyst

Our Managed Services team extends this support after go-live, working as an extension of our clients' teams to support their Salesforce environments day-to-day and drive continuous improvement.
About the role
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with experience supporting complex technical projects. In this role, you will configure the Salesforce platform, including data transformation, UI/UX development, process automation, and managing security and visibility. Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are highly preferred. This role is based in downtown Indianapolis, with an expectation to work in the office at least four days per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, collaborating closely with their team lead on client projects across a variety of industries and Salesforce products.
Responsibilities
- Take effective notes and stay organized to help ensure overall project success
- Provide regular status updates on assigned tasks to project team members
- Proactively escalate and mitigate risks before they impact the project
- Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration tasks with guidance from technical leads
- Support basic change management and training efforts, including creating training videos, tip sheets, and regression test scripts
- Occasional local travel may be required based on project needs
Requirements
- Effective note-taking and organization to ensure project success
- Strong communication skills: ability to clearly articulate the value of assigned tasks and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Agile mindset: experience working with Scrum or Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, iterative solutions
- Time management: highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
- Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are highly preferred
Pay
Compensation for this role is comprised of three elements:
- Base Salary
- Utilization Bonus paid based on billable hours (quarterly)
- Variable Bonus (monthly) based on quality of delivery and level of contribution to project
These elements combine to equate to total compensation of $60,000–$85,000 annually.
