About This Role Chrono Efficient is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analysing data, and supporting the delivery of cloud-native systems that enable smarter, more efficient business operations. What You Will Be Doing Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews.Map out current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.Contribute to cloud-native system development by ensuring requirements align with modern architecture and integration principles.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from operations and IT to management to ensure solution alignment and adoption.Support testing activities, including creating test cases, assisting with execution, and tracking defects. Bonus Points for Familiarity with Cloud-native environments and system integration principles.Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project teams.Data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions.A mindset focused on learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience and Educational Requirement Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Business Analyst within a data-centric or technology-focused organisation.Qualifications: Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science, BCom (Information Systems) or an equivalent qualification in Business Analysis.Certification: IIBA certification
