หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct initial project assessments to determine feasibility, scope, and resource requirements. Evaluate client needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to provide strategic recommendations. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client goals.
• Web and Software Audit: Perform comprehensive audits of existing websites and software applications to identify performance, usability, and functionality gaps. Analyze code quality, security vulnerabilities, and compliance with industry standards. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Design Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers to transform business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Ensure design solutions align with business goals and optimize user experience. Participate in usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Web and Software Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure that web and software solutions meet high-quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams to create test plans, execute test cases, and document results. Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested for functionality, performance, and user experience before deployment.
• Technical Liaison: Act as a key intermediary between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity in requirements. Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Create process flow diagrams and data models to support solution development. Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance Support: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet client requirements. Ensure continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and implementing best practices.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience 3 years+ in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web development processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
