About the role
As an emerging leader in the Axxess International Management (AIM) Program, you will be exposed to Axxess’s business processes on teams such as Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Client Experience. You will deliver creative solutions while leading challenging projects connected to Axxess’s business objectives. This one-year immersion program is designed for MBA professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, build professional skills, and advance a global career.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for healthcare at home
- Gain knowledge and understanding of industry trends, KPIs, and analysis, as well as the overall competitive landscape
- Engage with partners and clients to identify challenges and develop marketing strategies and solution adoption
- Develop partnerships in emerging markets
- Manage project schedules and communicate risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various Axxess teams in the Dallas office beginning June 2027
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a college or university, with a graduation date in December 2026 or May 2027
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university (3.3 minimum GPA preferred)
- Demonstrated success with a minimum of two years of post-baccalaureate professional work experience
- High level of business and global acumen
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Exemplified leadership on previous projects
- Collaborative with a learning mindset and desire for continuous improvement
- Ability to work in the Dallas office (this is not a remote position)
