Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major multi-year modernization initiative focused on transitioning legacy systems to a modern Azure cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow documentation
• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Develop User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Test Cases
• Create and manage Azure DevOps work items
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders
• Perform functional testing and support/coordinate UAT
• Document defects, track resolutions, and validate fixes
• Support training materials, user documentation, and change management
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and issues
