Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supports in collecting and organizing information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
• Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
• Supports in performing financial and administrative tasks under general supervision.
• Prepares and/or maintains systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods.
• Maintains a current internal documentation library.
• Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate accurate information.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with DOW Lifecycle management, DOW 5000.1, 5000.2, DOWI 5000.03 and Guidebook.
• Two (2) years of experience in similar taskings.
• Specialized experience in assembling technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions.
• Experience with MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point.

Qualifications

• IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance or Tier 1 (T1).
