How You Will Contribute

We're looking for a curious, collaborative Business Analyst to join our IT team and help drive meaningful improvements across the organization. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to understand how work gets done today and identify opportunities to make it better tomorrow. You'll help turn business needs into practical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and the user experience.

• Helping streamline critical business processes
• Partnering with users to implement new functionality, test solutions, or develop training materials
• Playing a key role in projects from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions meet business needs and driving adoption
• Gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business and building a deep understanding of how technology supports operations

What You Need To Qualify

We're looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and passionate about helping others succeed. You enjoy asking questions, challenging assumptions, and finding practical ways to improve processes and outcomes.

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of relevant business analysis, process improvement, or systems-related experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, project teams, and software vendors
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting project delivery
• Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
