About the Role

Serves as a team member in designing, developing, implementing, and/or supporting moderately complex Salesforce-based solutions. Supports project tasks, codes and tests programs, and develops system documentation (e.g., structure charts, screen designs, data flow diagrams, file layouts, report layouts, and job run descriptions) in accordance with IS standards.

No supervisory responsibilities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems in test, development, or production environments.

Requirements

• College coursework in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience with distributed and/or web-based system development.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, Java, or Python).
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., IMS DB, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Access).
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and REST/SOAP services.
• Familiarity with PC fundamental tools (MS Office, Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations).

Skills

• Structured systems analysis, design, programming, and testing.
• Understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Familiarity with software development principles, object-oriented programming concepts, and coding best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Technology certification.
• Experience with development methodologies and project lifecycle coursework.

Work Environment

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team-building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Pay

Competitive annual salary of up to $65,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.

Time Off & Leave

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based on standard weekly hours and accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.
