Responsibilities
- Describe current workflows and identify unclear steps, repeated work, or gaps for further review.
- Draft requirements, process notes, and acceptance criteria for review with the relevant colleagues.
- Maintain records of decisions, open questions, and agreed changes.
- Follow defined test scenarios, record outcomes, and flag results that do not meet the agreed criteria.
- Prepare straightforward summaries of findings, progress, and outstanding issues.
- Collect details from colleagues and existing records to clarify the business need behind a request.
Qualifications
- The ability to turn a discussion into clear notes, requirements, and follow-up questions.
- Logical thinking and an interest in how business processes work.
- Basic spreadsheet skills for organizing information and making simple comparisons.
- Clear communication with people who have different responsibilities and technical knowledge.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage several assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with process diagrams, user stories, or project-tracking tools is useful but not essential.
Pay
The annual base-salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 USD.
