Business Analyst – AI & CRM Solutions (Life Sciences)

About the role

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences CRM experience and awareness of AI/Generative AI solutions. The candidate will bridge business and technology teams to drive CRM enhancements, AI-enabled process improvements, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 4+ years with CRM initiatives
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation, and emerging digital technologies
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and solution definition
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
• Experience with UAT, change management, training, and user adoption
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and CRM workflows
• Identify opportunities for CRM optimization and AI adoption
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Create requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Support CRM enhancements and AI-enabled solution implementations
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
• Analyze business data and user feedback for continuous improvement
• Support change management, training, and adoption
• Provide recommendations and executive-ready summaries
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
