About the Role
The Business Analyst will partner with business and operations leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to provide reporting and data-driven insights that support business performance and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working in an evolving environment, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain financial and performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective reporting and analytical solutions.
- Manage data loads and perform data audits, validation, reconciliation, and corrections to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain internal reporting tools and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Track performance against targets and provide insights that support business decision-making.
- Manage multiple stakeholder needs and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Pay
Hiring range in USD from $29.42 - $63.65 per hour; from $61,200 - $132,400 per year. May be eligible for equity.
