Business Analyst 3
About the Role
The Business Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned business processes and/or systems within a business unit.
Responsibilities
- Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned business processes and/or systems.
- Researches complex problems and acts independently to resolve them.
- Analyzes existing business processes and/or systems to determine technical or procedural improvements and implements changes.
- Develops and provides documentation for users and training purposes.
- Develops operational procedures for products, services, and systems supported.
- Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
- Develops and generates specialized and ad hoc reports.
- Analyzes reports and makes recommendations for improvements in processes and/or systems.
- Provides technical support to the business unit, customers, management, and other users.
- Acts as a liaison between software vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas.
- May serve as lead analyst in training or projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Workplace Type
This is an office-based role. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and work-from-home opportunities. Remote roles will have the chance to gather in our offices for key moments. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $52,000.00 - $101,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
