Business Analyst 2

About the role

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Business Analyst 2. In this position, you will be responsible for provider data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Leverage all communication channels to complete assignments, including Teams, email, and phone calls/meetings
• Research, analyze and document based on project needs
• Make recommendations based on analysis and ongoing research and monitoring
• Create formal documentation based on the business needs
• Present to leadership
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and engage with them to learn more about the business and the business needs to solve problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis (documenting business process, gathering requirements) experience in healthcare industry and/or working in a data driven environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred
• IIBA Membership – CCBA or CBAP preferred
• Health insurer experience preferred

Pay

$35.66/hour W2 Contract
