Business Analyst 2

Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid: onsite twice a week)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Partner Stores team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reporting and analysis, working closely with the Hiring Manager, Director of Stores Excellence, and the Senior Director.

Responsibilities

• Manage all reporting and analysis for the Partner Stores business unit.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical insights.
• Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Connect BI tools to data sources and build data models to support analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (relevant experience can substitute).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with full-stack data processes, including connecting BI tools to data and building data models.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Proficiency with Sigma as a BI tool.
