Business AI Operations Specialist

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow discovery across R&D functions
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity
• Document R&D opportunities and prioritize for implementation
• Design and build operational AI workflows for business value
• Test solutions with users and support adoption
• Own solution design, development, and optimization
• Manage Marketing Operations outside of scoring and analytics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations or Marketing Operations
• Hands-on skills in designing and implementing operational workflows
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools for workflow automation
• Familiarity with APIs and no-code platforms
• Strong analytical and project-management abilities
• Ability to effectively translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
