Position Vision

The Co-Pilot Advisor owns the complete client journey from Kickoff through Operate, guiding business owners through the COO Cycle (Clarity - Onboard - Operate) to reduce owner-dependence by building and training their Dream Team. The Advisor is a co-pilot, not a surrogate owner—they fly the plane, we guide. Success means clients move from "this feels impossible" to working less than 10 hours per week while their team grows the business profitably.

• uses the Socratic method to help clients discover answers themselves, letting them believe it was their idea

Compensation

• Full capacity (25 clients): $15,750/month ($189,000/year)
• Profit sharing based on company results
• Cash compensation: $144,000 - $157,000 yearly
