Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operational workflows, track open action items, follow up on commitments across internal teams and external partners, and proactively surface blockers to leadership
  • Plan and execute company events, offsites, conferences, and external-facing engagements end to end. Manage all travel, venues, accommodations, and on-site coordination
  • Own the day-to-day office experience — managing snacks, supplies, cleanliness, and facilities vendors, ensuring the space is always polished and guest-ready. Serve as the primary point of contact for external visitors, investor meetings, and candidate on-sites

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for new hires — including equipment provisioning, desk setup, office access, welcome kits, and day-one orientation — in close partnership with People Ops and IT

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations role at a high-growth technology company
  • Direct experience with Ramp, Rippling, and Ashby
  • Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage external relationships
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail — you close loops without being asked
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging at the C-suite and board level
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and manage competing priorities
