Business Admin Apprentice (BPUK)

About the role

This role will give you the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in business administration, customer service, account management and soft sales in a fun, fast-paced and friendly environment. As part of the role, you will speak to customers via phone, email, and online chat, giving them advice on their print projects. You’ll be on hand to guide them through the production process helping your customers bring their projects to life all the way from concept to completion of their printed books.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers via phone, email, and online chat, giving them advice on their print projects.
• Guide customers through the production process.
• Manage your own daily administrative tasks.
• Aid your designated Account Manager with ongoing projects.

Qualifications

We'll provide all the training you need to succeed within the role, so experience isn't essential. Instead, we're looking for candidates with the following soft skills:
