Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Business Admin for the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. An active DOE or DOD clearance is required to be considered for this role. Responsibilities
- Support invoice processing, working collaboratively with Procurement and requestors within the organization to ensure the timely routing and approval of invoices.
- Monitor invoices on hold, work with suppliers to resolve invoice related discrepancies, address supplier inquiries regarding invoicing, and review all incoming invoices to ensure base level requirements are met.
- Communicate professionally both internally and externally to resolve issues and problem solve.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- US citizenship required.
- Active DOE or DOD clearance required.
