Job Description Provide friendly and efficient service to restaurant patrons to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Responsible for prompt clearing, cleaning and re-setting of tables according to specifications. Assist the servers in the service of water, coffee and beverages. Responsibilities Greet guests in a timely manner upon being seatedMaintain side stations and cleanliness of restaurantMonitor guest needs for drink refills and condiment requestsAssist with clearing tables and transporting dishes in addition to cleaning and stocking work areas and tableRefill beverages when ½ fullClear and re-set within 2 minutes of guest’s departureRolling silverware and other side workResponsible for cleanliness of the restaurant by upholding the sanitation standardsExemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and visionExemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culturePerforms other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Strong verbal communication skillsExperience using basic cleaning supplies (broom, dustpan, spray bottle and towel)Experience using and cleaning cocktail trays, bus carts, glass and silverware racks, coffee and iced tea makers, juice dispensers, soda dispensers, soda Bag-in-Box system, sharp knives, and lemon slicerHigh School diploma or equivalent Additional Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of timeRepetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walkingWork area is subject to variable temperaturesMay be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
