Bus Help (Casual/On-Call)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Bus Help at The Club at Kukui'ula supports the Food & Beverage Server in delivering exceptional service to members and guests. This role involves serving and clearing food and beverage items, monitoring guest needs, and promptly fulfilling requests. Additional duties may include setting up special event function areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in various Food & Beverage outlets and during Banquets
• Monitor guest needs and promptly fulfill requests
• Assist in setting up special event function areas, including moving tables, chairs, dance floor, and risers

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Physical ability to assist with event setup and moving furniture if required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and hospitality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as part of the role

Pay

$20.40 to $24.00 USD hourly
