About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with employers and job seekers. Responsibilities include improving the user experience, analyzing data to inform hiring decisions, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Analyze data to inform hiring decisions and improve the user experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from employers and job seekers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
