Bus Driver, Full-Time

Job Description

The primary responsibility of a full-time bus driver is to operate buses safely and efficiently, ensuring the timely and safe transportation of passengers.

• Operate buses on assigned routes, adhering to schedules and safety guidelines.
• Ensure all passengers are safely boarded and disembarked from buses.
• Handle various weather conditions and road situations to maintain bus operation.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and staff to provide courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior and exterior.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a minimum of one year of driving experience.

• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• One year of commercial driving experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
