Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to operate school buses safely and efficiently, ensuring the transportation of students to and from school.
Responsibilities
- Operate school buses safely and efficiently
- Ensure student safety during transportation
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with students and staff
- Adhere to the established schedule and route
- Handle emergencies and incidents appropriately
Requirements
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of school bus operation and safety procedures
