Responsibilities

• Assist the bus driver to ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Ensure orderly loading and unloading of bus patrons.
• Maintain seating charts of riders.
• Maintain safety and sanitation of the assigned vehicle.
• Monitor students with various needs until they are released to a parent, teacher, or instructional assistant.
• Report observations or incidents to appropriate personnel for action.

Requirements

• Complete pre‑hire and random drug/alcohol tests.
• Complete annual TB test.
• Complete criminal background check.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certificate is desired (not required).

Schedule

Monday through Friday during the school year, averaging 20 hours per week (part‑time).
