What You'll Do
- Supervise and support student behavior on the school bus
- Assist the bus driver with loading and unloading students safely
- Assist the driver as needed during routes and activities
- Help ensure a safe, respectful, and orderly bus environment
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and responsible individuals
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to follow instructions and work closely with a bus driver
- Comfort working with students, including those with special needs
- Able to handle stressful situations and maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move frequently in a bus environment
- Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Work Environment
- Active role on moving school buses
- Moderate to loud noise levels
- Ensure student safety and well-being
